I truly loVe this App....they give you sooo much for free.

Having family in Chile it is important for me to stay informed about earthquakes. This App tells me in an instant what the planet is up to

On the whole, its a pretty good app for alerting when there is an earthquake. However, it doesnt give accurate readings. For instance, the earthquake in Nepal wasnt a 2.1.

Very informative app re daily seismic activity.

Great accurate source. A must to have on your smart phone. Invaluable. An amazing source of information not just locally but from other parts of the world! Its true that seismic activity never stops.

It is so prompt. The Quake may have taken place on another end of the world, you will know immediately.

Its amazing to see just how many earthquakes are occurring all the time around us. This app is easy to set up and works well, with a simple, informative interface that shows date, time, and location of events, both as text and on the map.

All of the features others have mentioned. Instant notification before the media reports the event. And the map is an app in it self. Someone deserves major recognition for creating this excellent tool.

I find out about earthquakes before the news stations start reporting. Like the quake in Tibet, and Japan.
